I have been an Esthetician and Makeup Artist for 10 years specializing in wedding and editorial makeup and customized skin care. For this blog post, I wanted to show you a few fun ways to wear your makeup from work to an evening party.
Our first look is soft and smoky with a bit of a fun pop of color.
I love to warm up the skin with a soft bronzer and a shimmery pink blush to give the cheeks a fresh youthful glow.
On her eyes I used a shimmery champagne eye shadow on the lid with three shades of browns gradually increasing the color intensity toward the outer edge of the crease.
The eyeliner is a deep purple gel liner applied with an angled brush and buffed with the pencil brush for a smudgy effect on the upper and lower lid.
Finish with a few coats of mascara and a pretty soft pink lip color.
To bump up the look for evening, I applied two shades of purple eye shadow in the crease and on the lower lid with a little bit of black to add drama.
I also applied a black gel liner with an angled brush over the last eyeliner to deepen the color.
I also applied individual lashes and added a few coats of mascara.
To finish the look I applied MAC lip liner in Half Red and MAC lipstick in Capricious.
